As a unique small venue layout within the Barclaycard Arena, with B1 it’s never been easier to give your artist and the fans the experience they deserve without the need to play multiple nights at a theatre or smaller venue.
Our new and improved intimate layout, B1, is a brand new 3,000 capacity layout ideal for theatre, comedy and bespoke events as well as providing the ideal platform for bands and artists ready to make the transition from smaller venues. With the ability to flex the capacity to start at 2,500 and the ability to grow in line up to 5,000, B1 is the new layout for you. Located inside the award winning Barclaycard Arena located in Birmingham City Centre, there are both seated and standing options available, giving you the flexibility to design the venue around your show.

The brand new transitional event layout features both seated and standing options, providing the intimacy of a smaller venue with all of the facilities, capabilities and expertise of a world-class arena.
B1 boasts increased intimacy through the reduction of dead floor space and the addition of an intimate house lighting system reducing the cavernous perception of a typical arena roof. Being up close and personal has never been easier for your artist!
Plug + Play
Our Plug and Play option allows you to turn up, tune in and crank up the volume on your event as we can take care of your artist’s production needs, giving you one less thing to think about!
A brand new private artist tunnel enabling direct movement between the world class dressing rooms and the stage to maintain the intimate feel of the venue for the artist.

What’s a show without an audience? We know that selling tickets is the most important part of putting on a successful event, so our in-house Marketing & PR experts will be on hand to support your marketing campaign and drive as many people as possible to your event.
Security
We’ll look after your customers throughout the event, from the moment they walk through the door, to taking their seats in the arena bowl, to leaving the venue. Front of house security and stewards are provided by us and optional backstage security can also be left in our hands.
